Large Silicone Pastry Mat

The thickness is 0.4mm and unit weight is 540g/m2. Fibtex^® Extra Large Pastry Mat can be used as baking mat, work mat, counter mat, dough rolling mat, oven liner, fondant/pie crust mat. Fibtex^®  Extra Large Silicone Mat is NSF, FDA, LFGB and DGCCRF certified and can be used more than 2,000 times.

EASY TO USE:

1. Before first use, wash with a mild soap solution

2. Place silicone pastry mat on a baking pan or cookie sheet, writing side facing up

3. Place items to be baked on the fiberglass baking pastry mats

4. Safe for use in temperatures from -40°F to 500°F(-40°C to 260°C)

5. No greasing required

EASY TO CLEAN:

1. Wipe with a damp, soft sponge; rinse clean

2. Shake to remove excess water and air dry

3. If necessary, use a mild detergent or soap solution

4. An oily feeling after washing or slight discoloration after use is normal

5. Foods with stong flavors may leave a trace scent behind

6. Safe in washdisher

CAUTION:

To ensure long use, please:

1. Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes or cutters on the pastry Mat

2. Do not cut on the pastry mat

3. Store the Baking Mat flat or rolled, not not fold it

4. Do not grease the pastry mat

5. Never use the pastry mat if it is cut or torn

6. Never use on direct heat, stovetops, hot plates, on the bottom of an oven, no a grill or with a broiler
